This is a simple, easy and quick recipe to replace rice in your recipes. Did you know almost all rice contains arsenic?? Crazy, huh?! Plus, anytime you can substitute cooked foods for raw – the health and nutrition level of your food increases greatly! You can make it is simple as you like or add in some of the variations to add more flavor and a little zing!
Basic Recipe
Simply place pieces of cauliflower, parsnips or jicama (or even a combination!) in a food processor and pulse until it is the size and resemblance of rice. Done! How easy is that!
Some additional add ins to consider based on your own tastes and the recipe you are using it in:
- Pistachios add flavor and a little crunch
- sesame seeds
- salt
- dried chives
- dash of olive oil
- dash of rive wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar

Base Ingredients

- Pistachios
- Sesame Seeds
- Salt
- Dried Chives
- Dash of Olive Oil
- Dash of Rive Wine Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
