Healthy & Delicious Raw Rice

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • Cauliflower, Parsnips, and/or Jicama

Optional add-ins

  • Pistachios
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Salt
  • Dried Chives
  • Dash of Olive Oil
  • Dash of Rive Wine Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  • Place pieces of cauliflower, parsnips or jicama (or combination) in a food processor and pulse until it is the size and resemblance of rice.
  • Mix in optional add-ins. Add in your favorite flavors!
