Healthy & Delicious Raw Rice
This is a simple, easy, and quick recipe to replace rice in your recipes.

Base Ingredients
- Cauliflower, Parsnips, and/or Jicama
Optional add-ins
- Pistachios
- Sesame Seeds
- Salt
- Dried Chives
- Dash of Olive Oil
- Dash of Rive Wine Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
Place pieces of cauliflower, parsnips or jicama (or combination) in a food processor and pulse until it is the size and resemblance of rice.
Mix in optional add-ins. Add in your favorite flavors!
