Spray bottom of 13" x 9" pan lightly with coconut oil cooking spray.
Combine peanut butter, honey and coconut butter in a large pan over low heat and stir until melted and well combined.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Place in refrigerator until set.
Remove and cut into bars.
Store in refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!
