BFF Smoothie

This recipe is one of my favorite smoothie recipes! Probably because I came up with it from my very favorite fruits I like to cut up into a fruit salad.

Equipment

  • Vita-Mix
  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 4 Kiwis, peeled
  • ¼ Pineapple, peeled
  • 1 ½ cups or more Ripe Organic Strawberries
  • ½ cup Filtered Water
  • 2 handfuls Spinach (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all fruit (and spinach if you choose) in a Vita-mix or other powerful blender. Add filtered water and blend. Add more water if needed. You can also add some ice if you like it thicker and colder.

Notes

Another option is to use a PLANT-based milk like almond milk or coconut milk to add a dash of flavor and creaminess.
Use ice in place of some or all of the water to make it really cold.
Sprinkle with some healthy granola, chia seeds or shredded coconut for some added health benefits, fun, flavor and a bit of crunch!
