Amazing Dairy & Egg-Free French Toast
French toast has always been a common breakfast food. You won't be disappointed with this vegan treat.

- 1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
- ¼ cup Chickpea or Garbanzo Bean Flour
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- ½ tsp Nutritional Yeast (optional)
- Coconut Oil
- 6 slices Honey Whole Wheat Bread (Link to recipe above)
Combine all batter ingredients and whisk well, breaking up any large chunks of flour. Pour into shallow dish.
Preheat coconut oil in skillet, covering bottom.
Soak bread in batter mixture, 1 slice at a time, coating each side.
Cook each slice in oil, turning to get both sides nice, golden brown, and crisp.
